Hi Richard, Thank you for reaching out. The GetAccountChanges example will show the IDs and types of the objects that were changed over a period of time. Unfortunately, it only provides limited information.
Please see the CampaignChangeData and FeedChangeData for the values that can be returned from CustomerSyncService.get .
