Hello Manuel, I see that you are seeing differences form the UI, API and Big Query results. The differences between the API and UI results might be that some of the campaign types like discovery, smart campaigns are not supported via API. Regarding the BigQuery and UI discrepancies please contact big Query support team from here.
Related to the audiences since looking for the UI views and API. One thing to remember is the search that you are doing from the API and UI must match and the dates should match. Please share the account id, complete screenshot of UI and the API report definition you are using to get the audience lists to check further?
