I understand, I will give you example, I have 3 promotion extension in my
account at account level, I want to add one more new promotion along with
the old ones. So for that I have to fetch all existing promotions and then
add new promotion in it and upload all of them together again. This indeed
serves the purpose but all added promotion along with old ones which were
approved goes "Under Review". In this case what can I do ?
