Hey, I have uploaded retro conversions of November month 2019. and there was a delay in the Google Ads GUI. after uploading the conversions via Google Ads API once a while few conversion were added to the gui.
what is the delay and is it possible to encounter the delay and manage a planned upload of these conversions? I have seen the same weird delay when I was uploading DSA feeds. between 5pm gmt +2 to 8am gmt +2 it approved 350k feeds and between 8am gmt+2 to 5pm gmt+2 it gained 0 approved feeds. So I guess there is a pattern google consist to use their resources for computing all the actions.
