Hello,
I would like to get a Household Income report for my account.
As far as I can see, there is no explicit report for it, therefore I tried
to use CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report>
with
CriteriaType INCOME_RANGE.
But, I got a response with data for only part of the accounts, about 10% of
them, and the others returned blank(headers without data) -> when I set
criteriaType equals income_range.

PredicateOperator::EQUALS, ['INCOME_RANGE'])]);*
For the ones who had the relevant information(income_range), 'cost' and
'clicks' columns were empty - so I can do nothing with that information.
In the same report, it returned 'cost' and 'clicks' only for keywords
criteria and not the income_range.
My questions are
1. Why did I get the income_range type for only part of the account? The
data exists on Google Adwords interface.
2. How can I see different metrics such as cost and clicks grouped by
income_range for the accounts? I don't it to show me these metrics for
keywords.
