Hi Zimu, Thank you for reaching out. You are correct that you can use the CampaignCriterionService to create a NegativeCampaignCriterion of type keyword to add a negative keyword to the campaign. However, you can't negatively target a keyword at the account level. Please see this Java example (also available in other languages) and go to the section "Add a negative campaign criterion." to see how to add a negative keyword.
