Hi Daniel, Thank you for reaching out to us. I see you’re having issues with returning campaigns for a production customer account. Could I ask you to please check if you’re running the report query against a Manager Account? If so, the report will not return your campaigns because you cannot run reports on the Manager Level. If not, could you please give me your SOAP Request and Response logs so that I may further troubleshoot this issue? For privacy, you can send me these logs by clicking “reply to author”.
