Hello,

there is a problem with the CAMPAIGN_PERFOMANCE_REPORT, when you set
includeZeroImpressions to true, you get a campaign multiple times. Better
to say, same campaign (equal ID's) but different network types
(AdNetworkType1) and that is, every network type included.

When includeZeroImpressions is false, then my application doesn't get all
campaigns that are shown in Google Ads. (obviously, since zero impression
campaigns are excluded).
How does Google Ads manage to show one correct campaign with it's type,
when zero impressions are present, but the API doesn't manage?

As a bandage and partially fix, I execute 2 reports, one with zero
impressions included and one with excluded, then I map the duplicates at my
side, but I still have some (a lot though) campaigns that in the end are
still wrongly mapped.

Example:
Campaign Name | Type
Campaign_XY | Display Network, Search Network, YouTube Search,
Cross-network, YouTube Videos

Instead of: Campaign_XY | Cross-network

Any help would be appreciated and thanks in forward!
