Hi Ludovic, Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, as explained here, managing the specific products has to be done in the Merchant Center or using Content API for Shopping. It is not possible in Google Ads API. I have submitted a feature request on your behalf so please keep an eye on our Developer Blog for information on future releases.
