1. Rest Transport issue. Thank you for providing your code. However, I will need to see your Request and Response logs that are provided after you run the request. You can check how to enable logging for PHP here. 2. Customer ID issue. Unfortunately there is no field to make the customer ID dynamic, however, you can change this field in between each API call. 3. Common question. Could you please confirm which service are you trying to call via REST?
