Hi Drew, Thank you for reaching out. If you're using AdWords API, you can use the Ad Performance Report and query the Id and Labels (or LabelIds). You can filter by certain labels as shown here.
If you're using Google Ads API, you can use the ad_group_ad_label report which will pull all the links between labels and ad.
