You can use the Campaign Performance Report to get campaign level information. If you're referring to ad groups, you can use the Adgroup Performance Report. If not, can you please clarify what you're referring to by providing screenshots or links to documentation? If you want to get the performance of campaigns by location-based criterion, you may use the Campaign Location Target Report. If this is not what you're referring to, please provide additional information for this as well. Unfortunately, the auction insight report is currently not available in the API.
