Inline_click_links: If you are referring to the number of clicks, please see here for all reports that support this metric. Spend: If you're referring to cost, you can see here for all reports that support this metric. Ad_item_number: If you are referring to the ID of the ads, you can get the Id from the Ad Performance Report campaign_item_number: If you're referring to the ID of the campaign, you can get the CampaignId from the Campaign Performance Report. There is no tactic_item_number field is currently not available in the Adwords API. Can you please provide more information or share a screenshot about the field so I can see if there is something equivalent?
