Hi James,

Thank you for reaching out. While I can't speak for why that isn't available, I 
have two potential workarounds for you. First, if you have the list of resource 
names, you can run the geo_target_constant report and select the 
canonical_name. Second, you can download the list of geotargets here (same IDs 
in AdWords and Google Ads APIs) and create your own code to find the names 
within that list.
