Thanks for reaching out. With regards to your concern about getting an empty 
result by criteria in the Gender Performance Report, As per provided your 
report definition 1, I noticed that the you are passing wrong values 
<values>GENDER_FEMALE</values> instead of can you please try with 
<values>Female</values> and in the report definition 2 you are passing 
incorrect operator <operator>EQUALS</operator> instead of please try with 
<operator>IN</operator>.

Please try with passing 
<field>Criteria</field><operator>IN</operator><values>Female</values>.

If you are still falling any issue, can you please share new the report 
definition and customer id, please reply privately to the author so that I can 
further investigate the issue.
