Hi, I took a look at your MCC account 5609887012 and found that this account also has a test account level developer token. Were your AdWords API accounts test accounts? In that case you wouldn't have encountered an issue if you were only accessing test accounts. You can tell if an account is a test account by looking for "Test Account" in the upper right hand corner of the UI. To fix the error you're encountering you may want to apply for Basic Level Access for your token. If the token you're using is not from MCC account 5609887012, could you please send me your developer token that you're using? Please take note that you should send this by clicking "Respond privately to author" for privacy concerns. Let me know if you have further questions.
