Hi Yair, Thank you for reaching out. As mentioned in this guide, all requests to Keyword Planning services for both standard and basic access are rate limited. For Keyword Planning services, the limit is one query per second.
The daily limit of requests depends on the access level of the developer token. You can refer to this documentation for more information.
