Throughout my traversal of the API docs, I have come to understand that associated terms with customer match are 'whitelist' and 'remarketing' Currently, the only way I can find out if a user's account is customer match enabled is to attempt to create a list. This is the response from attempting to create a list: ADVERTISER_NOT_WHITELISTED_FOR_USING_UPLOADED_DATA I'd rather inform a user that they are not able to create a list before they try to create one.
