Hello I am trying to create a dynamic display remarketing campaign using a dynamic display ad feed (custom). For the ad, I am using TemplateAd using an HTML zip which contains my template file. I need to target a subset of feed items from the feed for the campaign and I am trying to use a matching function while associating the feed with my campaign. I was able to call the Adwords APIs successfully using CampaignFeedService to associate the feed with my campaign along with a matching function which selects a subset of feed items from the feed (reference - https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/feed-matching-functions#selection_by_feed_item_id). However, in the ad preview, the effect of this matching function is not reflected and instead, all of the feed items from the feed is being shown.
Question - Is this matching function supposed to work as I expect ? If so, how can I verify the same ?
