Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you can get Smart campaigns by using the "UNKNOWN" advertisingChannelType. The "UNKNOWN" type could also refer to other types of campaigns as it is used for campaigns that are not yet fully support by the API. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
