Hi Duong, Thank you for reaching out to us. In the UI trying to pull your app should be from the Google Play Store, but also from your campaigns as well. You can see the instructions of this here.
As for the way to get this from the API, there currently isn't a way to pull a list of apps to put into an app campaign. I'll add this request for this feature to be added.
