Thanks, Does Google Cloud Shell not work at all? I am on the next step <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/first-call/get-campaigns>, which requires using an IDE, but I'm not sure if I am able to access one. Is there a reason why Cloud Shell does not work with this?
