Thank you for reaching out. The AuthorizationError.UNABLE_TO_AUTHORIZE error is 
an internal error on our end. Can you provide the following details:

MCC IDs where you are noticing the error
Email addresses of the users authenticating the API calls

Since you are able to successfully make this call intermittently, I will check 
on this further within my team to see if there are any ongoing issues with 
ManagedCustomerService. Providing these details may help us deeper investigate. 
Please ensure that you "Reply privately to author" when providing sensitive 
information.
