Hi Fikrih, Thank you for reaching out. For your first question, that is correct. A single list upload can’t include both Apple and Android advertising IDs.
For your second question, the uploadKeyType should be MOBILE_ADVERTISING_ID. The appID is to specify which app the data came from.
