Greetings 刘鹏! The purchase order number is your own code that you create. There's documentation about that in our Help Center (https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/9285736?hl=zh-Hans). I believe the API is asking you to set the https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder?hl=en#ponumber when you make your request. Please give that a try.
