Hi,

I have an app that works fine when querying our own Ads account, but 
returns an empty response when querying a customer's account.  We have a 
valid refresh token and are able to successfully query the CustomerService 
and see the metadata about the customer's account, but the GoogleAdsService 
doesn't return any data.

Any thoughts?  Do we need to add the customer's account to a whitelist or 
something?
