error indicates that you have not set a proper format. Can you confirm if you 
used the format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss+|-hh:mm ?

If so, please provide your customerClientId as well as the complete detailed 
logs of the request and response so that I can take a closer look at your 
issue. When providing these details, please ensure you do so via the Reply
