>From my perspective, the historical bid and budget data can be useful to 
advertisers for setting/adjusting the budget and the bid. Especially when 
start a new campaign, with these data in hands, we can have a better sense 
of what bid and budget to set in order to get X daily installs. Hope google 
would consider providing these information!
