Thank you Xiaoming for your quick answer. Is there a way to at least: a) identify if a negative list is cross account or not? b) list for specific Google Ads account only lists that belong to it?
Otherwise we are left in a situation where you can get negative lists but you have no way to know whether you can actually mutate it or not.
