Hi, I found this issue today while using google-ads-python SDK:
Try to invoke get operation on automic endpoints:
1. CustomerService.get_customer
2. ConversionActionService.get_conversion_action
3. UserListService.get_user_list
All of them raise an internal server error, e.g.

I've check:
1. The OAuth2 authentication
2. Query with GoogleAdsService works fine
3. For automic endpoints, some other operations such as LIST works fine.
