Correction: Mistaken in the previous message: I noticed that the newly created account already has one customerId (googleAdAccountId), but the account is not enabled by default. Correct: I notice that the newly created account has no customerId (ggogleAdAccountId), so its not enabled by default. I cant perform any operation with google ads API beta, because I get "NOT_ADS_USER" error.
