Updating the existing ExpandedDynamicSearchAd is not supported via the API. You could refer to this table <https://developers.google.cn/google-ads/api/docs/ads/ad-types#description_of_each_ad_type> for types of ads that could be updated via the API. - So can we remove existing one then add as new?
