Hi Vishal, Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately both AdWords and Google Ads API do not support creating and editing video ads/campaigns via the API. You can read more about this here and here. However, you can still create and edit these video campaigns and ads via the UI. Let me know if you have further questions.
