Hi,

If you're using the TargetSpend strategy, you can just omit the call to set 
that field. For example, in the Java UsePortfolioBiddingStrategy sample , you 
would change:

      TargetSpend targetSpend = TargetSpend.newBuilder()
        .setCpcBidCeilingMicros(2_000_000L)
        .build();

to:

      TargetSpend targetSpend = TargetSpend.newBuilder()
        .build();
