Thanks for posting your concern.
If you want to specify multiple conditions in WHERE clause of the report, such
as the custom dates that you've mentioned, then you need to use the AND
operator between those conditions as discussed on this document.
Please refer to the sample implementation of the 2 custom dates in a report
below:
WHERE segments.date BETWEEN '2019-01-01' AND '2019-01-31'
AND segments.date >= '2019-01-01' AND segments.date <=
'2019-01-31'
