Unfortunately, the Google Ads API indeed does not have a report downloader similar to that of the AdWords API. You will need to parse those objects from your end and display/convert them in your format of choice. However, since you are looking for a .NET specific implementation, I would recommend that you reach out to the .NET client library owners directly as they should be the more appropriate team to provide guidance.
