Could you confirm if you want to get the details of the Target ROAS that you've set in the TargetRoasBiddingScheme? If yes, then you need to use BiddingStrategyService.get() to return TargetRoas. Moving forward to the issue with the MaximizeConversionValueTargetRoas field that returning 0s, could you provide the customer ID and the sample campaigns where this error occurred via Reply privately to author option?
