Hello, This is a known issue and an extremely rare occurrence in the AdWords API. Unfortunately, since the AdWords API is in maintenance mode, we're not going to be able to address the issue. It's unlikely for it to happen again, since it's quite rare. However, to be sure, you could switch over to the new Google Ads API which is being currently maintained and recently launched full support for batch jobs.
