Please see my response below for #1 and #2 items based on my investigation and checking your account. 1. The ad_group_audience_view report will indeed return empty result as I noticed that there is no audience attached to any of your ad groups when I checked your account. 2. As for the discrepancy with the number of impressions between UI and campaign_audience_view, let me discuss this with the team including the 3 audiences returned by the report but are not present in the UI report.
