Hi Stav, For your first question, our team unfortunately would not be able to determine what the suffix represents based on the URL you have provided.
As for your second question, the said product_images[] and product_videos[] fields should contain the the MediaFile resource name of the product image and the resource name of a video, respectively. That said, you may also try and use the MediaFileService and refer to the image's resource name and retrieve its corresponding source_url field. You may note that this field is only used for media of type AUDIO and IMAGE. Let me know if this helps.
