Apply for the Google Ads API access by signing in then navigating to TOOLS & 
SETTINGS > SETUP > API Center and filling out the API access form. Once you are 
approved you would be able to see the developer token in the API Center.

Please follow this guide to generate the clientId and clientSecret.

See question 2.

The client customer id is a 10 digit number that you could look up in our 
Google Ads account.
