Hi Dorian, Thank you for reaching out. As I said earlier the accounts created under the test manager account are test accounts by default and they have the “Closed” status in the first place. These accounts are not suddenly closed. To view them, you would need to click on the down arrow next to the test account number and then click the three vertical dots followed by ticking the cancelled accounts option.
