If you are referring to the below, then unfortunately these are not available in the APIs : Invalid Interactions Invalid Interaction Rate Non-viewable impr. Non-measurable impr. For metrics (and other attributes) that are supported in the AdWords API's reports, you may refer to this guide. You may then check out this guide to get the complete list of supported fields in the Google Ads API's reports. If you're looking for a specific list of supported metrics, you may refer here.
