Hi, I want to associate extensions to account like ads app does but I cant see how is it. In documentation exists an serving_resource_targeting field but it can only be setted to campaings or ad groups.

If I do not anything, I create extension and I filter extensions by associations this is not showed because it isnt associate neither account nor campaign nor ad group.
