If you would like to get the conversion action id from the Google Ads UI then the Google Ads product team is the right place to reach out to as we are only focused on the Google Ads API/AdWords API related issues. On the other hand, if you would like to get it via the API, then you could query the conversion_action.id from the conversion_action resource.
