Hello, Thanks for reaching out. There is not a particular reason for the ad group to be more delayed than a keyword in providing a 'REMOVED' value for the ChangeStatus resource. Can you please check if the 'CHANGED' value is still being returned for that ad group? If so, we can take a closer look.
