Hi Tom, Thank you for reaching out. I would assume you refer the term “not-active” to “negative” as the criterion could be applied either positively or negatively. If the same criterion exists on customer, campaign and adgroup levels, the adgroup level criterion would be decisive. You could query campaign_criterion.negative or ad_group_criterion.negative to check the negativity of the criterion. All the criteria fetched from customer_negative_criterion resource are negative.
