Hi Sean, Thanks for posting your concern.
I am afraid that it is not possible to associate asset, specifically existing image asset, to a campaign. An asset can only associated with ads using AdGroupAdService as discussed on this document. With regard to your concern about adding sample code for associating image extensions at the campaign level, allow me to raise a feature request for this, subject for review. Please follow our blog to receive updates and new releases. As as workaround, you may try to implement or derive your code based on extension service setting or feed services guide in Google Ads API. The equivalent guide of the 2 services in AdWords API are specified below: extension service setting - https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/extension-settings feed services - https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/feed-services Regards, Ernie John Blanca Tacata Google Ads API Team ref:_00D1U1174p._5004Q2BfUC7:ref -- -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ Also find us on our blog: https://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/ =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum" group.
