I am trying to get performance data for audiences using the campaign_audience_view <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v6/campaign_audience_view>. I am able to get all the data I need, filtered by enabled and paused campaigns.
However, I also want to add a predicate for enabled and paused ad groups (exclude removed ad groups). I was able to do this in the AdWords API Audience Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/audience-performance-report>. But I can't do the same thing in the Ads API (the ad_group field is not available in that view and adding a where clause for ad_group.status causes and error). Is there a way to exclude removed ad groups from that report?
