Could you confirm if this is the error (CONVERSION_PRECEDES_GCLID) that you are experiencing? If yes, then you need to ensure that the value that you will set to conversion_date_time must be after the event time associated with the given gclid. To check the the event time associated with the given gclid, I would suggest to reach out to the Product team via this link to check this information and to consider it in uploading offline click conversion.
